Compliance training
We excel at creating simple to use and easily understood compliance training. This example, developed for Futurity Investment Group, required our learning designers to challenge learners to think outside the box on the topic of ethics and behaviour.

Mobile responsive learning
AfMA members needed to access safety training via desktop, phone and tablet devices. Our education consultants worked with AfMA, and it’s internal subject-matter-experts, to build and deliver professional, mobile responsive elearning modules that could be used across any device.

Systems training
Repetitive, high-cost, face-to-face training was replaced with ‘show me, try me, test me’ systems training, resulting in reduced user queries, as well as streamlined troubleshooting and system set up for new users. Importantly, critical platform usage procedures are now standardised, documented and disseminated across Fulton Hogan internationally.

Induction program
We are PepsiCo Australia New Zealand’s custom elearning development partner, creating their environment, safety and sustainability training for all employees and contractors. The content had to be short and to the point, catering to specific learner requirements whilst also showcasing branding and sustainability initiatives.
