The Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) is the Member-based, peak industry body for fleet management. AfMA’s membership base is represented across all industries including Federal, State and Local Government and it is responsible for the management of many hundreds of thousands fleet vehicles. To support AfMA’s mission in providing knowledge, information and resources to it’s Members, we delivered a suite of online learning courses in a range of topics relevant to fleet and automotive industries.

Having made the strategic decision to create learning products for its members, AfMA needed an elearning partner that could work with its internal subject-matter-experts to build and deliver professional, mobile responsive courses. Learnt Lately is proud to be AfMA’s learning partner to help deliver resources and knowledge to it’s Members.

Twelve months into our partnership, we asked Mace Hartley, AfMA Executive Director, how Members have responded to the courses that we created for them.

“We started with fifty pages of very complex content, developed by various WorkSafe jurisdictions across Australia. We’ve ended up with a suite of highly engaging courses that cleverly distill our message into consumable learning. An important aspect for us was that the content had to be mobile device responsive - this was key given many of our members are mobile just like the assets they manage. The feedback from our members is great.”

Mace says, “Engaging with Learnt Lately was painless, the overall project management was flawless. Their ability to help us simplify our message and educate us about what best practice looks like has enabled us to build a great product that our members see value in.”

“You reset my expectations on best practice. As someone new to developing elearning, you’ve done an outstanding job of helping me to understand what good looks like. Your approach to educating your stakeholders is what enabled us to produce an amazing elearning product.”
